This occurs when you use one or more devices to access our websites and applications or interact with our applications on third-party websites or platforms—whether or not you are logged in or registered. For more information, including details on "Do Not Track," how to disable cookies, and how to manage choices related to such data collection, please visit our Online Tracking Technologies and Advertising section.
We use analytics tools to collect information, including when you visit our websites and applications or use our applications on third-party websites or platforms.
Additionally, we may obtain information from other trusted sources to update or supplement the information you provide or that we collect automatically—for example, when we use third-party services to verify mailing address details. Applicable laws may require that you authorize the third party to share your information with us before we can collect it.
What Information We Collect
The following outlines the categories of personal information we have collected over the past 12 months (at minimum):
1. Contact Information
To create your digital identity with us, we collect your first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other similar contact details. At DR, you may only purchase products for your one and only true love. If you choose an ID Verification product, facial template verification will be required. This template will be permanently linked to the designated recipient information of your one and only true love. The name associated with this account cannot be changed or deleted.
2. Profile Information
We collect details such as your interests, favorites, wish list items, and ring size preferences. We may also collect protected classification characteristics and demographic information, such as gender, age, race, marital status, nationality, and other personal profile details.
3. Content Information
We collect content from messages you send to us, including feedback, product reviews, inquiries to customer support, and social media posts.
This information helps us provide personalized solutions and products, and allows our customer care team to build a more meaningful and heartfelt connection with you.
4. Payment Information
To process your payment, we collect necessary details such as your payment instrument number (e.g., credit card number or financing account information) and its expiration date.
5. Information About Your Use of Our Services
We may collect information about your device and your use of our services and online activities, such as browser type and version, device operating system, language, country, frequently visited areas of the website, and time of access.
When you visit our website, we also automatically collect your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. We may also collect other device-related identifiers such as browser ID and device ID.
If you use our mobile application or access our website via a mobile device, we may also collect additional information such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer, operating system, version information, carrier-related details (including your wireless carrier’s name), identifiers for specific apps and instances, and location data.
If we collect precise geolocation data from your device, we will obtain your consent as required by law. Once you have given consent, you can manage your location preferences through your device settings to withdraw it at any time.
6. Information from Third-Party Sources
Where permitted by law, we may receive information about you from public and commercially available sources and combine it with other information we collect from or about you.

-
Providing, processing, maintaining, improving, and developing our services for you.
-
Handling your inquiries or requests regarding our services, such as sending notifications.

Conducting promotional offers and reward programs, such as delivering marketing and promotional materials and updates (with your consent, where required).
-
Internal purposes such as data analysis, research, and the development of statistical insights related to the usage of our services to help improve them.
-
Storing and maintaining information about you for our business operations (e.g., business analytics) or to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations.
-
Any other purposes with your consent.
We may combine this information with other data (including information collected across different services or devices, such as computers, mobile phones, and other connected devices) to deliver and improve our services and content. For example, we may use your DR account details across all DR services that require login.
Information We Share
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose the personal information we collect about you. We do not sell your personal information. In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we may share certain information with third parties to provide services; however, this is not considered a “sale.”
We do not authorize these third parties to use or disclose your information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. Examples of such service providers include entities that process credit card payments, manage and mitigate our credit risk, verify information, fulfill orders, and provide web hosting, analytics, and marketing services.
Additionally, we may disclose your information when required by law or legal process, in response to requests by law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.
We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer (or consider selling or transferring) all or a portion of our business or assets. This may include, but is not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, divestitures, dissolutions, or liquidations.
If you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may click the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link located in the footer of our website or within the settings of our mobile application.
Cookies and Other Technologies
We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or functionality on our services, may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to enhance navigation, manage our services, and improve the user experience.
These technologies help us understand and improve our services, personalize your online experience, and tailor advertisements based on your interests—including by combining information about your usage across different devices. For example, they allow us to determine whether you have seen a particular ad before, customize ads to your preferences, and avoid showing you duplicate ads.
This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). To learn more about how Google collects and processes data, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. They may store a unique identifier to recognize you across sessions and websites, and perform various functions, such as remembering your preferred font size on our services. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can adjust your browser settings to block or manage cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may impact the functionality and performance of our services.
Web beacons and other tracking technologies: In addition to cookies, we and third parties may use web beacons (also known as “pixels”) that send information from your device to a server. These beacons can be embedded in online content, videos, or emails, allowing us to track engagement and collect data such as viewing time, IP address, and interaction with the content. Working together with cookies, web beacons help us analyze how our services are used and deliver more relevant content and advertisements.
True Love Verification Technology
To uphold our commitment to “a lifetime with one true love,” we require True Love Verification when you choose an ID Verification product. During your first interaction, you will be asked to submit a facial image and a valid identification document (such as a passport or national ID).
Our True Love Verification technology generates a unique 10-digit code by combining the biometric representation created from your facial image with the data from your valid ID document. This numerical template is used solely for identity recognition purposes and does not store or reference the original images.
The generated template is securely stored in our database. For future interactions, the system will use this pre-created template to verify your identity, ensuring that your original ID documents and facial images are never stored, thereby protecting your privacy.
Data Security
Protecting your data is our top priority. We implement robust, industry-standard measures to safeguard the personal information you provide, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits, in order to prevent accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use.
However, it is important to recognize that no method of online transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We remain committed to continuously improving our security measures to protect your data to the greatest extent possible.
Data Retention
We retain each category of personal information we collect for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to meet legal, regulatory, or business needs. In practice, retention periods will vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected. Our data verification and review process considers ongoing business or legal needs for the information—such as those related to taxation, security, and actual or potential disputes or investigations.
For example, to uphold our “One True Love for a Lifetime” commitment, if you choose an ID Verification product, we may retain your order information indefinitely. This includes the purchaser’s name, date of birth (as shown on a legal ID), facial biometric template, and essential order details. If you choose other types of products, we may also retain your order information indefinitely, including the purchaser’s name and the recipient’s name, to verify compliance with this core promise.
If you do not agree with this data retention policy, it may conflict with our core business philosophy, purchase rules, and registration agreement. Therefore, by registering and placing an order, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to this policy.
In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), when we retain data for the performance of contractual or legal obligations, we do so in line with our registration agreement and applicable laws. In certain cases, we may also retain and process data where it is necessary for reasons of public interest or to carry out tasks such as public health monitoring.
Data Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred and processed by DR Luxury USA Inc. and its affiliates across your state, or in other countries globally, where data protection laws may differ. We will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, such as using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), obtaining your consent, or other lawful methods for transferring personal information. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have granted us your authorization and consent for such transfers.
In the application of the True Love Verification technology, the facial image and ID document image you submit are processed by two different third-party entities. These entities do not send any images to Darry Ring, but instead generate a unique digital sequence for your Darry Ring ID. To further enhance security, unless required by applicable law and upon your request, we will not proactively disclose the names of these partners to prevent potential data leakage.
Your Rights and Choices
You have certain data protection rights. DR is committed to taking reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal data.
If you would like to know what personal data we hold about you, or if you wish to have it deleted from our system, please contact us. In certain cases, you have the following data protection rights:
